You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong community relationships to create safer, more vibrant neighbourhoods. This role will require the successful candidate to be empathetic towards resident experiences and victim focussed. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder being from the comfort of your own home. However bear in mind during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success.   • Be the champion of a customer-centric approach across our communities.
  • Dive into the resident journey, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing them.
  • Represent the organisation in a professional manner at external forums such as MARAC meetings and case conferences as required
  • Coordinate and oversee crime prevention programs, such as neighbourhood watch groups, safety awareness campaigns, and community policing initiatives.
  • Break the mould! Encourage unconventional thinking! Inspire inventive solutions and question traditional housing practices.

    Knowledge of community safety principles, crime prevention strategies, and relevant legislation
  • Practical experience of using Landlord and Tenant legislation and best practice.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a customer service environment working for a Housing Association or other public service organisation, in a capacity which involved face to face interaction with customers, resolving difficult issues.
  • Detailed knowledge of Housing Law.
  • Full case management of ASB cases, including providing support to victims and taking legal action.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service : This role of requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check. A basic DBS check will show any unspent convictions.
