Full Job Description

  • Handling all aspects of operations with exceptional customer service at the forefront.
  • Monitoring and promptly responding to emails, ensuring timely action.
  • Coordinating collection and delivery with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Utilising our internal Procars system to generate shipping documentation.
  • Preparing export processes using Sequoia/CDS entries, adhering to UK HMRC regulations.
  • Exploring alternative solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Offering operational support to the Aerospace Team, contributing to their success.

  • Previous experience in an AOG environment is desirable.
  • Previous experience in imports & exports.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to evolving environments and embrace continuous learning
