Talent Solutions - Human Capital Solutions Graduate Programme Start date: September 2025 Application closing date: 16^th December 2024 Better Decisions Begin with You Aon shapes decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. When you join us, you'll become empowered to make the same impact, as you explore ways of becoming a more relevant, connected and valued professional. Talent Solutions Every organisation, industry and economy around the world is confronting more disruption than ever before. And, with industry lines rapidly blurring, companies in every sector are competing to hire a limited number of talented, skilled individuals. Having the right people on board is the key to maximising business growth and managing volatility. Join Aon as a Human Capital Solutions graduate and discover how we work collaboratively with our clients to understand the people, jobs and rewards their businesses needs to succeed. We are partners and trusted advisors to all sorts of companies, from the largest global organisations and FTSE 100 household names to smaller emerging companies. Your role as a Human Capital Solutions Graduate We have opportunities available in three different teams within the Human Capital Solutions Graduate stream (Executive Compensation, Reward Advisory and Data Solutions). Please review the information below on each team and select your first-choice preferred team should you be successful. Please note that where possible, we will try to consider you for your first-choice preference, however we cannot guarantee your first choice due to availability of roles. If your first choice is unavailable at the time of your Assessment Centre, we will also consider you for the other teams. Executive Compensation - We advise HR leaders and company boards/remuneration committees on all areas relating to executive and share-based (equity) compensation programs. The role involves detailed data analysis on market pay levels and trends and the synthesis of those analyses into client-facing reports and presentations. Reward Advisory - Our consultants support board and management teams to ensure that an organisation's pay and benefits align with their business strategy and culture - as well as being bold in their markets Data Solutions - Our team of technical individuals are focused on quality data management and technology support. We partner with colleagues to gather client and product delivery requirements, and plan delivery in line with our global rewards data delivery programme. Your Development As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around the following core elements:
- Business learning - on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and solution line you have joined
- Centralised learning - UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business Whichever business area you work in, you'll be working with a diverse range of companies from across the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you crucial technical knowledge and client management skills, as well as the opportunity to develop client relationships early on in your career. We encourage our graduates to take ownership for managing their own careers and building their client base. The ever-evolving business landscape requires companies to think differently and change the way they operate. As a result, our consultants have varied and exciting roles. Your career beyond your Graduate programme Once you've completed the formal graduate programme, you'll continue to receive lots of support at Aon as well as continued technical and business skills training. To aid your professional development you'll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, enabling you to progress. Next Steps If you are interested in this graduate programme and would like to apply, here are some things to help you: Entry Requirements: You will need to have or be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any subject area Our Graduates are on permanent contracts from day one, so applicants for this programme must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; or you have pre-settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme - or if you have applied and you're waiting for a decision.
