Full Job Description

  • Plan, design, and develop interactive and responsive web applications that meet industry standards and client specifications.

  • Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive and functional, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Develop and manage applications databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Implement security measures to protect data integrity and privacy.

  • Evaluate code to ensure it is properly structured, maintainable, and meets industry standards.

  • Optimise application performance, scalability, and server-side processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.

  • Ensure web applications are responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.

  • Conduct manual and automated testing, including unit testing, integration testing and user testing, to identify and resolve bugs.

  • Develop and maintain the infrastructure required to support web applications.

  • Integrate applications with other web-based systems and third-party APIs.

  • Regularly update and maintain web applications releases that incorporate new features, security updates, and performance improvements.

  • Identify and resolve bugs related to application performance and functionality.

    We are looking for a highly skilled Application Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing web applications, application databases, and interactive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design and technical expertise to create visually appealing and functional applications., Proficient in JavaScript frontend library or framework like (React, Vue or Angular).

  • Proficient in UI libraries like (Ant design, Tailwind CSS, Material UI or Bootstrap).

  • Proficient in displaying data in the form of dynamic graphs using Chart.js .

  • Highly skilled in Adobe XD and Figma to implement pixel perfect and responsive designs.

  • Must be proficient in server-side languages, particularly those that support object-oriented and asynchronous programming design paradigms, such as Node.js or Java.

  • Proficient in GraphQL and REST APIs design in order to reduce response time and implement token base security for authentication purposes like JWT, OAuth and SSO

  • Proficient in designing Relational and NON-Relational databases schema such as, (Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB)

  • Proficient in ORM Sequelize, Knex query builder and mongoose Proficient in AWS web services, AWS lambda, Cloud Watcher, S3 and RDS.

  • Proficient with version control tool like GitHub and CI/CD pipeline.

  • Proficient in automated testing frameworks like Jest or mocha.

  • Proficient in Linux operating system to setup nginx or Apache webserver.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills.

  • Application containerisation is desirable.


    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web application design and development.
