Full Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Application Manager to join our high-energy sales team based in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will manage applicants across North Europe, guiding them through every step of the admissions process. Leveraging tools like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Generative AI, you will ensure candidates experience a seamless, top-tier admissions journey. You will drive applicants from partial application to confirmed student status through a mix of in-person, online, and other touchpoints-from the initial post-application interaction to the delivery of their acceptance package. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide candidates through the admissions process, ensuring they submit required documents, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional LinkedIn profile.
  • Provide personalized support to enhance the quality of applications before Admissions review.
  • Collaborate with Product Heads, Regional Heads, and VPs to expand the Hult alumni pool for admissions interviews.
  • Match candidates with suitable alumni interviewers, ensuring an enriching, relevant interview experience.
  • Oversee interview logistics, including alumni preparation and calendar management.
  • Drive attendance at key conversion events, like Open Houses and "Ask Anything" sessions, to solidify interest.
  • Assist with financial aid processes, ensuring accurate form completion and timely responses.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team targets, including application completions, interviews, and conversion event attendance.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, encouraging referrals and maintaining regular communication throughout the admissions journey.

    Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates, alumni, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly customer focused, with a strong curiosity and the ability to understand and address candidate needs through active listening.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient, with a "nothing is impossible" mindset.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
