Full Job Description

We are actively recruiting for an Application Support Engineer specializing in Simcenter 3D to join our team. As part of our premier global support team, you will assist customers in using Siemens Digital Industries Software, focusing on CAE in the Mechanical domain (e.g., Simcenter 3D, Simcenter Nastran). This position will be based in the UK. Hybrid working is available. Area of responsibility

  • Handle support cases by solving customer questions and modeling problems.
  • Collaborate within the support organization and with other departments to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
  • Provide dedicated proactive support to major accounts, ensuring customer success by developing efficient workflows within their simulation activities.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and product development for the improvement of the Simcenter simulation suite.
  • Conduct technical product training and deliver methodology-focused projects.

  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and mechanical simulation (CAE) software solutions, such as structural, acoustic, multibody, or electromagnetic analyses.
  • Previous experience with NX CAE, Simcenter 3D, and Simcenter Nastran is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong team player attitude and a commercial mindset.
