Team/Role Overview: The primary objective of the Balance Sheet Management function is to work with our Liquidity Management Services (LMS) Product Teams, Treasury, and Finance functions in order to establish our LMS strategy to deliver against revenue, work with regional teams to set the deposit strategy, support the delivery of TTS Treasury-related regulatory and Consent Order requirements, drive funds transfer pricing objectives and ensure that deposit behaviours are
appropriately reflected, and work on setting balance sheet and spread optimisation objectives. A key role is to develop the analytics necessary to proactively manage the balance sheet and monitor progress and performance against stated objectives/targets. This role falls under the Funds transfer pricing, capital, and hedging optimization team. The team is responsible for the following: - Drive FTP initiatives by understanding country requirements. - Assess FTP/Hedging strategies. - Monitor and manage LMS Capital / RWA optimisation. - Drive business input to IRR/EVS methodologies. - Monitor and optimise Treasury allocations. Achieving these goals requires ongoing and consistent analytical support. Sample analysis would include regional transfer pricing and beta analysis; interest rate exposure assessment of our deposit portfolios; balance regressions; global comparative performance etc. In addition, support is required for ongoing monitoring of balance sheet (b/s)
items having regulatory implications. What you'll do: - Citi FTP / Hedging Strategies: Responsible for implementation of CitiFTP consent order efforts; in addition to support in country / global hedging strategies (SYC, in depth country funds transfer pricing assessment etc). - RWA / Capital Allocation & optimisation: Develop RWA analytics and reporting to ensure the proper allocations and controls are established to address the consent order requirements from LMS perspective. - EVS /IRR : Support the optionality reporting for IRE/EVS required by the Consent Order deliverables. In addition, ensure that deposits behaviour methodology (S/NS) is consistent with business deposits life cycle and addresses regulatory requirement. - Focus on reviewing regulatory and internal hedging, transfer price, and capital polices to ensure that our business's behaviours are appropriately captured. - Interact with Corporate Treasury, Finance, Markets Treasury, LMS regional

balance sheet teams, Finance, and other teams What we'll need from you: The individual will have a global role developing strategies with constant interaction and exposure to seniors in the product, the treasury, and other key stakeholders in the organisation. - Experience in deposit behaviours, asset-liability management, funds transfer pricing. - Competencies: Strong organisational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork. - Self-motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements. - Highly organised, responsive, and proactive. - Very strong analytical and technical skills; Excellent excel skills required. - Treasury and Risk Management. - Basel III and Capital related concepts. - Market and Economic Insight.
