Full Job Description

This is an apprenticeship position; the post holder will be supported with the delivery of the service and development of their skills, knowledge and ability to understand the role.
The role will consist of:-
Assisting with the smooth operation, maintenance and up-keep of the administrative function of the department and all the Executive Directors.
This includes providing the first point of contact, helping with printing of papers and agendas and overseeing the bookings of the Dulwich Room and Boardroom.
The post holder will support the Team Leader, Diary Co-ordinators, Business Co-ordinators and Executive Directors with basic administrative tasks.
To conduct the business of the office area quietly and calmly communicating effectively with nursing, medical and other staff to promote the best environment for the efficient running of department., + To work closely with the Team Leader, Diary Co-ordinators and Business Coordinators and support them with administrative tasks as directed.
+ To support in organising any necessary meetings for the Executive Directors.
+ To ensure the Executive Directors are well-prepared for any meetings they are attending.
+ Printing relevant papers and documents for meetings for the Executive Directors.
+ To help manage and maintain the relevant shared drives.
+ To ensure the proper maintenance, servicing and repair of relevant systems and machines including the responsibility for reporting faults and following up actions.
+ To co-ordinate filing (paper and electronic).
+ Ordering stock and monitoring levels.
+ To help in ensuring that necessary papers and agendas are circulated in good time for any meetings for the Executive Directors, Actively participate in personal development with line manager.
Day to day training will be provided on the job through direct teaching, observation, simulation and practical application.
Off the job learning is supported to take part in apprenticeship coursework workshops, reviews and one to ones with apprenticeship tutor.
Take part in learning and development through workshops, coursework completion and reviews with tutor / assessor.
Work towards the completion of the apprenticeship training programme.
