Full Job Description
- To make medical appointments using on line diary system
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post
- To deal with customers face to face, sign posting them to the correct rooms, dealing with enquiry's and problems
- Scan hospital letters and records
- Processing prescriptions
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
- Making outgoing phone calls
- Sending and recieving emails
- Communicate with the local pharmacy
- Filing and photocopying confidential documents
- You will be given a project to plan and run as part of your apprenticeship
GCSE English (Grade 9-4 / A-C / Level 2) essential - GCSE Maths (Grade 9-4 / A-C / Level 2) essential Skills
