Full Job Description

  • To make medical appointments using on line diary system
  • To deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • To deal with customers face to face, sign posting them to the correct rooms, dealing with enquiry's and problems
  • Scan hospital letters and records
  • Processing prescriptions
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls
  • Making outgoing phone calls
  • Sending and recieving emails
  • Communicate with the local pharmacy
  • Filing and photocopying confidential documents
  • You will be given a project to plan and run as part of your apprenticeship

    GCSE English (Grade 9-4 / A-C / Level 2) essential
