As this is an apprenticeship position alongside the job role you will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.   • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Maternity Education Team. Support the Education Team with general administrative duties to ensure a smoothrunning department.
  • To act as first point of contact for internal and external communications to ensure they are directed and dealt with by the most appropriate member of the team.
  • To support with data collection, report requests for training and education statistics.
