Full Job Description

To be part of a team of clinical scientists and technicians supporting and maintaining specialist clinical and dental equipment at all sites within The Barts Health NHS Trust on rotational basis and to various NHS and private healthcare organisations with whom Service Level Agreements or contracts exist., The Postholder will train on delivering scheduled preventative maintenance, servicing, non-routine repair, calibration, safety and acceptance testing on a wide range of medical equipment. The Postholder is required to work to high standards of safety and accountability.

Ideally you should have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade A

  • to C/9-4 (or equivalent qualification) including Mathematics, English and Science/ICT and A-levels in science or engineering subjects.
