Full Job Description

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, the key function is to assist the Sustainability department with general administrative tasks, attend weekly team meeting (via Teams), responsible for the sorting, collating and distributing of our Bureau Services documentation, assisting the Business Development Manager with inbound enquiries, customer liaison and follow up quotations, input with Marketing Campaigns and Social Media posts. Some of the core activities of the role include :

  • Support the department with general administrative tasks as required
  • Open, sort and log bill validation post Coventry Office
  • Action enquiries under £3K for new construction projects
  • Log enquiries onto Lucid and send out quotations
  • Prospect potential clients via Glenigans
  • Work in collaboration with Business Development Manager on Marketing campaigns
  • We will teach you how to :
  • Action a customer enquiry
  • Liaise with the team to price the requested services
  • Communicate with Customers to request information
  • Log and follow up outstanding quotations
  • Support the administration team with general tasks
