Full Job Description

What you can expect You will join our experienced commercial claims teams to support our customers when they need us the most. Your responsibilities will include handling a caseload of specialist claims. Alongside this, you'll be working closely with our colleagues and partners to ensure our customers receive a first class service. You will handle claims from registration through to settlement liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers, and suppliers.

Role Requirements

This unique 2-year experience consists of several rotations enabling you to support our claims teams in Manchester. You will also complete the insurance practitioner apprenticeship where you will achieve the Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified insurance professional, then that's a real advantage.

You will need GCSE Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9) or equivalent, plus 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent qualifications.
