The Apprentice Healthcare Assistant could be your entry into a variety of clinical roles within the organisation. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated person as an Apprentice Healthcare Assistant based at Dereham Hospital. Upon successful completion you will receive a nationally recognised Level 2 Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship qualification. This will be a 14 month fixed term post with a guaranteed position as a Band 3 (£22,816pa) Clinical Support Worker within the Trust. This guaranteed job will be offered subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship, completion of set clinical competences required to meet a band 3 role and demonstration of appropriate conduct., Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NCH&C's Values and Behaviour Framework.
