Full Job Description
As an Apprentice HR Assistant, you will work closely with our Head of HR and the HR Advisor, delivering smooth and efficient HR operations for our school. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.,
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and electronic filing
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and support HR best practice
- Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and provide first-level HR advice
GCSE's in Maths & English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) - Aged 22+ (this is a stipulation of the BT Apprenticeship levy transfer scheme, of which LFS are part of)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
