Full Job Description

As an apprentice parts advisor, you will undergo apprenticeship training to develop within your role. Your training will give you the skills of;
- Mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and car parts
- Knowledge of Kerridge DMS
- Enhance your customer service skills
- Working as part of a team, to support the achievement of increased profit and sales
- To handle customers enquires swiftly, courteously, and efficiently
- To communicate effectively by e-mail, telephone and face to face.
- To record all items supplied to customers
- To maintain high level of customer satisfaction, paying attention to manufacturers guidelines and Group CSI
- To observe all health and safety regulations and COSHH regulations. Also, all company agreed policies in line with code of practice
A passion for the role - The ability to work both as part of a team but also individually
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
