Apprentice Production Chef - Kimbolton

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK. You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship! On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Production Chef L2 and become a qualified Production Chef. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standard.
• Ensure food is recovered and stored correctly to minimise waste.
• Assist with the processing of food orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas.
• Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
• Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested.
• Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures and standards at all times including adherence to food information regulations and food safety checks.

Level 3 Advanced apprenticeships (level 3) - for when you've already got a solid foundation (such as a level 2) but you want to push your skills further. Higher Higher apprenticeships - ideal if you've set a degree level qualification in your sights, as this will help you to gain a deeper understanding of your specialism.
