Alongside this full-time administrative role you will be enrolled onto the Customer Service Programme and will be expected to study and complete assignments to achieve a recognised Level 3 Customer Service qualification. The apprenticeship will include the expectation to complete the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship within an 16 month timeframe which includes an end point assessment.
Your salary will be £12,514.35 per year. After 12 months, the salary will increase to national minimum wage.
