As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will be supported to...
• Support people to live independently and complete day to day activities
• Actively advocating for people we support and their families
• Provide intimate personal care with dignity, according to individual needs
• Effective communication and building rapport
• Safe administering of medication
Your induction Leading Lives runs a 3 week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and be supported through this. Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.,
