Full Job Description

Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting an Apprenticeship Administrator to join the Employer Training and Apprenticeships team at Gloucestershire College.

Based primarily at the Gloucester campus, this is a busy and varied role where you will be supporting the all aspects of apprentice recruitment, selection and matching of apprentices to employer vacancies.

The role will see you advertising vacancies, completing administration tasks, undertaking interviews and providing advice and guidance to apprenticeship applicants. You will need to provide an efficient, customer focused and effective service to both employers and potential candidates. You will also deal with incoming phone calls and emails, as well as providing a professional first point of contact for face-to-face meetings.
