As an Apprenticeship End Point Assessment Senior Advisor, you would be part of the wider Registry Team working within the FE and Skills Team.

About the Role
The Apprenticeship EPA Senior Advisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing the apprenticeship journey. You will ensure that efficient processes are in place to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship end point assessment experience. With a strong focus on digital solutions, you will utilise a range of technologies to support operations within the Registry. You will also adeptly use technology to gather insights into student engagement and performance, applying your knowledge of the Registry's broader services to offer seamless support to both students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality with a 'right first-time' approach, ensuring a thorough understanding of the data processed within your area, especially any personal or sensitive information.
Collaborating with colleagues from academic colleges, professional services, and external bodies, you will strive to provide a high-quality user experience for all involved in the student journey, from admissions to graduation.

This role can be based at either our Kedleston Road, Buxton, or Leek campus. There is also an expectation to travel to each campus as needed to fulfil service requirements., You will provide administration across the University, ensuring that effective processes are in place to deliver gold standard services consistently across the Colleges. Liaising across the Colleges and Registry, you will act as a contact point for staff, students, employers and external bodies providing advice, information, guidance and professional support services. You will work with academic colleagues to deliver excellent student support and provide data and information to support student outcomes.
The role will require a high level of professionalism and empathy, strong communication skills and sound knowledge of university and external regulations, processes and support services. Registry staff will display positive attitudes, behaviours and attributes which support excellence, innovation and achievement. This is an interesting and varied role in a collaborative, adaptable team which has student support at its heart.
