Full Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Apprenticeship Success Coach to join our dynamic team. As an Apprenticeship Success Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our apprentices throughout their learning journey. You will work closely with apprentices, employers, and academic staff to ensure successful completion of apprenticeship programs and to foster a positive learning environment. You will:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to apprentices.
  • Monitor and track apprentice progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with employers to ensure apprentices receive relevant on-the-job training.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance apprentice skills.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the apprenticeship.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and achievements.
  • Promote the apprenticeship program and recruit new apprentices.
