About Star Central

Who we're looking for

You will have:

  • Credibility as an experienced and successful school senior leader with a demonstrable track record of success, particularly with improving teaching.

  • The ability to support schools in developing ECT practice.

  • The ability to work with school senior leaders and central leaders to develop Appropriate Body services.

  • A comprehensive knowledge of pedagogical techniques and evidence-informed practice.

  • The ability to review induction assessment documentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Full commitment to our vision and values.
