Depending on the team, you'll either undertake AMHP assessments full-time or assist individuals, carers, and families in creating care plans that promote independence, leveraging a strength-based, community-driven approach.

• You hold a Professional Qualification in Social Work
• You can maintain personal AMHP status (Warranted)
• You have post-qualifying experience, including work with individuals with mental health needs
• You possess a solid understanding of mental health legislation and care planning
• You are committed to continuous professional development
• You hold a valid UK driving license and are willing to travel
