Full Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Arborist Sales Manager (Arborist Estimator) to run an established territory, based at our office near Chelmsford, Essex. You will:

  • be responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks
  • advise and provide quotations for carrying out specialised tree work and plant health care services to our clients
  • ensure the jobs are completed per the contract and to the clients satisfaction

    a proven track record in sales and management of work crews
  • prior experience of working in the tree care or related industries and preferably have worked in a commercial arboricultural environment
  • Level 4 Arb qualification, PTI and/or TRAQ or equivalent (ideally), PA1 and PA6 (ideally)
  • the ability to identify trees, diagnose problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
  • sound knowledge of Health and Safety
  • a focus on providing a high level of Customer Service
  • the ability to think strategically
  • Applicants must have a full driving licence.
