Full Job Description

As an Architectural Designer for COS you will support the design & development our new store concept design, new store formats and customer experiences in line with the overall COS Brand ID. The role ensures the execution of interior solutions for both our new stores and existing portfolio concepts to meet customer and brand expectations.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing store interiors from concept to completion and follow up on creative deliveries, when necessary, in a constructive and inspiring way.

  • Responsible to develop and connect our new store concept design, new store formats and experiences in line with the overall COS Brand ID.

  • Design and develop creative concepts, the COS interior concept, bespoke brand interiors and brand projects.

  • Create, compile and visualize design development according to needs and briefs in mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, models and presentations.

  • Support other competences and functions to develop and realize design solutions, principles and concept to reach results in line with COS Brand ID and quality expectations.

  • Feedback and secure implementation of the creative direction to the central team throughout expansion and project phases.

  • Collaborate and support the wider Growth team in tasks relating to interior development, facilities & maintenance upkeep and future business innovation within design.

  • Perceive, use and develop the character and potential of a store in a commercial and efficient manner in line with brand ID.

  • Develop/draw related construction details and design the interior of new stores.

  • Develop & improve on internal building handbooks, ways of working and guidleines.

  • Proficient in AutoCad and Office software.

  • Good skills with Adobe software and 3D modelling

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proactive approach to work tasks and responsibilities.

  • Enjoys the challenge of coming up with new creative, site specific solutions.
