Architectural Technician

1. Technical Design: Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit software, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
2. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Building Regulations: Stay abreast of UK building regulations and standards, incorporating them into design plans and specifications.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and ensure compliance.

We are currently on the look out for talented Architectural Technicians with at least 3 years post university experience to join a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice., 1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technician.
2. Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
+ Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and specifications.
+ Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
3. Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve technical problems efficiently and creatively.
6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Full UK driving license
