Full Job Description

We are looking for a Architectural Technologist to join our PPP team in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Brief scope of responsibilities

  • Development of building design in early design stages

  • Co-ordination of technicians in producing CAD drawings and 3D models

  • Development of designs to meet Building Regulations

  • Development of specifications for materials and workmanship

    Several years of post-qualification experience

  • Experience of sustainable design solutions

  • Familiarity with Navisworks, Revit, Sketch-up or similar CAE tools.

  • Master's Degree in Architecture MArch or DipArch (RIBA Pt 2) or Chartered architectural technologist
