Full Job Description

The IT Architecture Office plays an important role in the effective running of Enterprise Architecture at Burberry. The IT Architecture Office Coordinator facilitates the planning and delivery of initiatives to improve our Enterprise Architecture processes. The IT Architecture Office Coordinator will get visibility of many areas of IT design and future thinking. It is a great starting point to build a career in IT and an opportunity to specialise in designing IT solutions., As the IT Architecture Office Coordinator, you are responsible for the effective management of Enterprise Architecture improvement initiatives, communications, and governance. This includes:

  • Coordinate the prioritisation of ideas and initiatives to improve how we do IT Architecture
  • Track the progress of improvement initiatives to ensure that the Architecture team are achieving their actions
  • Ensure that IT Architecture meetings are productive, with clear agendas, objectives and notes/actions captured
  • Curating and publishing the IT Architecture dashboard & scorecard to keep other teams informed
  • Manage the content on the IT Architecture internal website, so that information is complete and up to date
  • Ensure that IT Architecture decisions and impacts are recorded, such as Technical Debt, Risks and Actions
  • Manage IT Architecture documentation, such as Business Capability Models, Application Catalogues, and IT Roadmaps
  • Track and report on IT Architecture Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
