Full Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the Central Archive Team that provides a key service for various sites within Eurofins Forensic Services. Performing a variety of day-to-day tasks associated to the retrieval, archiving and destruction of casefiles.,

  • Store, retrieve and archive casefiles.
  • Carry out general filing and archiving of other documents.
  • Maintain & update electronic records for the archive utilising specialist software.
  • Maintain records of file movements between sites.
  • Ability to assist with queries and issues relating to archiving.
  • Work according to Health and Safety requirements.
  • Work according to Quality requirements.
  • Liaise with end users in a professional manner.

    Experience of complex filing or archive system preferred.
  • Exhibit excellent levels of attention to detail, accuracy and reliability.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Display a proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focussed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.

To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK.
