Archive - Heritage and Fashion Editor Internship

+ Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.
+ Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS system.
+ Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.
+ Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.
+ Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and co-ordination.
+ Supporting the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.
+ Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.

+ Knowledge and previous experience with Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics Samples) preferred.
+ Knowledge of outlook emailing systems and excel desirable.
+ Good organisational and communication skills.
+ Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.
+ Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.
+ Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
