Area Facilities Officer

We are seeking a skilled Area Facilities Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a geographical area of KCC's Operational Office Estate, ensuring KCC offices are safe and delivered to a high standard for all building users. Managing audits to ensure there is continuous improvement in the office estate. Ensuring that the KCC Operational Office estate is compliant with property and Health and Safety legislation.

The ideal candidate will also manage, motivate, and develop our front of house teams for directly delivered services i.e. building officers, reception, multi skilled operatives, mailroom operatives ensuring a high level of customer services for all users.
