Full Job Description

Responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives to ensure team deliver against targets set for sales revenue on parcels, sales activity, profitability and product mix across their own region and in line with DHL eCommerce UK expectations and performance targets.,

  • Drive Strategic direction aligning with overall Commercial Strategy.
  • Responsible for communicating new initiatives that help to deliver improved customer margin
  • Set clear performance expectations & Provide guidance, and support to a team of Sales Executives.
  • Regularly attend client meetings with each team member. Use these opportunities to provide coaching & feedback and help close the business.
  • Ensure customers adhere to agreed volume levels and take a proactive approach to monitor.
  • Ensure new business that is implemented are trading to 80%+ of their profile for Revenue and Parcel mix
  • Maintain strong collaboration & coordination with all departments with DHL eCommerce UK
  • Provide timely and accurate customer revenue and volume forecasts.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales role preferred people management experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, identify and achieve set deadlines
  • Analytical in the pre-processing of data
  • Experience in a similar role, specifically regarding to account management and new business sales
  • Experience of working within the parcel delivery sector is a distinct advantage
