Area Lead (Warehouse)

The postholder will be responsible for leading their team ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively within the Warehouse picking and deboxing process stream. You will prioritise the workload throughout the process stream to maximise throughput and efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance. You will coach your team in the most efficient and accurate picking processes and introduce systems to enable full visibility of workload and priorities and determine who is accountable for each task. You will be involved in continuous improvement activities as and when required.

At least 2-3 years warehouse experience including leading a team and experience of driving a van. City

• Annual salary: £27,870 - £28,762 (depending on experience)
