Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead a team of support workers, delivering high-quality homecare services across the St Ives & Hayle areas in Cornwall., About the Role: As an Area Manager, you will manage and mentor your team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. Your role will involve a combination of office-based duties and hands-on support in the community, including covering shifts when needed and being part of the on-call rota., We are seeking a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead a dedicated team of care and support workers in delivering homecare services across the St Ives & Hayle areas of Cornwall

Proven experience in homecare or a similar care setting
Strong background in team management and mentoring
Experience in managing rotas and quality assurance
NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
Passion for providing tailored, customer-focused care
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Right to work in the UK
Excellent communication skills in English
