Full Job Description
- Lead and manage cleaning and catering services across multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies tailored to each hospital\\'s unique needs.
- Collaborate with hospital management to create a welcoming and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Train, support, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
Proven experience in managing cleaning and catering operations, preferably within a healthcare setting. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and customer care.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the region, with a Full UK Driving Licence due to the remoteness of some site locations
