Area Manager

Are you an experienced leader who thrives in the opportunity to deliver existing, and develop new, accommodation projects? Can you lead a team ensuring their priority is the welfare, achievements and positive outcomes of young people living in our accommodation?, It's an exciting time to recruit an Area Manager to deliver existing and develop our new projects in Newton Abbot, Torbay and Exeter.

We are looking for a creative and energetic manager to lead the pathway, and team, as we deliver existing and develop some new exciting projects supporting vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old through their journey to independence.

You will bring supported accommodation and leadership experience and you will have the opportunity to creature cultures and lead teams from the start!

The post will include lone working, flexible working hours and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project.

Salary - £37,057
