and adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Develop Talent: Take ownership of training programs, identifying skills gaps, implementing SOPs, and ensuring robust training records. - Resolve Challenges: Analyse and address production issues, uncovering root causes to implement effective, sustainable solutions.
