Collaborating with General Managers on new initiatives and weekly planning. Conducting regular reviews to celebrate successes and set goals. Attending Ops meetings to share insights and contribute to improvements. Coaching General Managers on financial goals and driving sales. Ensuring venues adhere to Health and Safety regulations. Supporting General Managers in executing training plans and collaborating with the People Team on recruitment and progression. Ensuring venues maintain high standards, deliver great hospitality service and create unforgettable party experiences. Ensuring venues operate within the licensing objectives. Supporting General Managers in delivering their Balanced Scorecard KPI's with a view to providing the best possible experience to all guests.

• Experience in a similar role, either permanent or temporary cover
• A passion for creating unforgettable experiences and your natural leadership make you the ideal Area Manager
• An expert understanding and managing financials, delivering targets, and drafting effective business plans
• An open approach to working with all colleagues
• A proven record of being accountable for your actions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external guests, including stakeholders
