Area manager Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Area Manager to join our team in the contract cleaning sector covering Liverpool and surrounding areas.
Applicants should have good customer service skills, be prepared to travel and be flexible to suit business needs on a day-to-day basis.
Previous cleaning Area Manager experience preferred. A full clean driving licence is essential.
You will work predominantly Monday to Friday, some weekend work will be required for business needs.
The Successful Applicant Will Be Required to:
Visit sites.
Meet and train cleaning staff.
Complete quality standard audits.
Covering of jobs and organising cover staff for sickness and holiday cover.
Build relationships with clients & employees.
Address any issues that may arise/problem solving to ensure the smooth running of contracts.
Help Manage the cover team.
