Our natural assets of coast, countryside and location make Conwy a fantastic place to live and work. And so does the quality of our public realm - our parks and pavements, roads and roundabouts. We know that clean streets, safe roads and attractive green spaces are hugely important to our residents. We are looking for someone who understands that and can make it happen.

Can you help us to make the operational and management changes we need to keep these services running in the future? Will you take pride in making sure Conwy is the right environment to live, work and visit? If so, then this is the post for you.

It is a broad and challenging remit and you will need substantial knowledge and experience in at least one - preferably more than one - of the service areas. To be part of our strong and supportive team you will need to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic approach to challenges.
