Full Job Description

Working across multiple teams around East Devon, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures. Whilst maintaining hygiene levels as an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients and stakeholders across the facilities you are operating within.

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate :

  • Ability to work to defined standards in a quality driven environment
  • Good communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients and members of the public
  • Comfortable working independently to your own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Good attention to detail, able to delivery a high level of customer service
  • As this is a mobile position, you will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence , but we will provide a vehicle to you for travel.
