Area Operations Manager

A Fantastic Opportunity for an Area Operations Manager, based in the M4 Corridor North and surrounding areas of Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire

We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Operations Manager to join our operational team. The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within the M4 Corridor North and surrounding areas. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.

A highly competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum

The role will include:

Leading and inspiring front line operational teams
Multi-site management via remote management means
Visiting sites and frontline team members
Effective management of the team
Interacting with customers/clients at all levels
Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters
Leading training, development and people succession planning
Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)
The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the M4 Corridor North and be able to manage an area which includes the above areas.
