A luxurious carpet company seeks a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to take on an established area of North London & Home Counties (Oxford to Essex) The successful candidate will inherit a large base of existing accounts, consisting of Interior Designers, Architects, Retailers and Contractors. They wil be tasked with nurturing and growing these accounts, along with finding and developing new business.

For over 20 years the company has been known for the stylish and contemporary carpets and rugs, designed for luxury commercial, high end domestic and superyachts.

These we handweave from natural fibres, always with an eye on quality, ethics and our environment. With our showroom in central London. We have a nationwide sales team and a network of distributors throughout Europe and beyond. This Is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate and loyal team, and to share our business growth.

Main responsibilities and duties include:

Key Account Management

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing interior design, architect, specifier, retail and contractors.

Ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer service and regular communication.

Establish a full diary of targeted clients each week

Business Development

Identify and target new interior designers and architects in the specified area.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Sales Presentations

Showcase the luxurious hand-woven carpets and rugs to potential clients.

Deliver compelling and tailored presentations to explain the unique features and benefits of our products.

Collaboration

Work closely and coordinate efforts with our other London sales managers to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand promotion initiatives.

Market Analysis

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Proven experience in B2B sales.

Strong networking and relationship-building skils.

Excellent presentation and communication skills alongside impeccable time management. -Results-driven with aproven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

Aminimum of 2years of relevant sales experienc

Must be based within the North London and the home countiers- Oxford to Essex

Outside of the required area wil not be considered. -

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ful UK Driver's licence
