Full Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, responsible for a customer base within a region, you will fully understand market trends including customer, supplier, and competitor activities. You will develop robust territory sales plans that seek to secure profitable market share growth in line with our business objective and sales targets; a combination of managing existing and developing new relationships with target accounts. You'll play a pivotal role within Building Systems and be part of great commercial team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business, to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be expected to take commercial ownership of your accounts, as you develop and manage your sales region, ensuring you negotiate and agree sales contracts and develop plans for sustainable and profitable growth.

We are looking for motivated self-starters with the ability to work under pressure, and to tight timescales. You'll have a proven ability to develop and sustain excellent relationships at all organisational levels within customer organisations and wider stakeholders in the supply chain and will have a passion for what you do.
