Full Job Description

· Deliver Results: Achieve sales targets within your territory, ensuring profitability and growth.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels within the distribution network.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide onsite technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team.
  • Sales Excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries both on-site and by phone.
  • Strategic Growth: Build a robust specification program, control pricing strategies, and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM).
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Brand Representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations, and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
