Full Job Description

As the Area Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising service operations within South London.This position requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team management, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while supporting the achievement of organisational goals.,

  • Oversee end-to-end service operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Support the Regional Service Manager in developing strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Review and amend MIF allocations and postcode activity quarterly for efficiency.
  • Ensure efficient stock management and control of car and site stocks to meet SLAs.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of service engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and foster a positive collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage the area service budget effectively, forecasting and controlling resource demands.
  • Implement and enforce service standards through regular audits and assessments for quality assurance.
