Arf / Personal Assistant / Care Worker Required

We are looking for a PA to provide 24-7 support to an individual with moderate learning difficulties and occasional challenging behaviour. The PA will be required to join a small team A rota is issued two months in advance to enable staff members to select shifts that suit them. Support is required both day and night.

Tasks will include Personal Care, House and Garden care, Driving to activities in the community and social occasions, Shopping, Food Preparation, Medication, Collaborative working with other support team members.

An Interest in supporting a vulnerable individual to live a full life in a safe environment both at home and in the community.

Ideally, the applicant should have experience of working in the care sector and/or an interest in doing so.

The hourly rate can go to £15 per hour depending on age and experience.
