Full Job Description
The ARMS Recovery-Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating the care of clients with high-level At Risk Mental State (ARMS) within the ARMS Service. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in accordance with NICE guidelines and National Early Intervention (EI) Access and waiting time standards. Responsibilities include risk management and collaboration with team members to support service users effectively. Service Mission: The ARMS Service is dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their care. Our mission is to maximize opportunities for individuals and their families, enabling them to look beyond their limitations and achieve their goals and aspirations. Service Expansion Announcement:We are pleased to announce the launch of a new ARMS (At Risk Mental State) service, made possible through recent mental health transformation funding. This service aims to identify and support individuals at risk of developing psychosis symptoms. Although it will operate independently, it will maintain close links with existing Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) services. The new multi-disciplinary team will predominantly offer psychosocial interventions backed by evidence in mental health prevention. This post will be an integral part of this innovative team.
