Army - Training Assessment, Validation and Assurance Officer

Create, review, maintain question banks and summative assessments
Produce summative assessments via Virtual and E-Learning platforms
Course Validation
Act as the focal point for the competence award process
Liaise with HQ AAC Training Development Team (TDT), other schools and external agencies on Validation, Assessment and Assurance matters
Liaise with Course Design personnel
Liaise with training delivery departments to ensure the effective completion of the course assessment process via the course training plan
Attend Training Working Groups, Symposia and Exhibitions commensurate with role and as determined by Senior Executive Officer Training Design Innovation and Validation
Line management responsibilities for X1 EO Validation
Any other duties commensurate with grade and experience as directed by Line Manager
